In our daily life and work we oftentimes run into challenges; and we then don’t know how to express what we really mean and what we really need to feel alive.
Nonviolent communication has proven to be a powerful tool and way of communicating. It's the art and practice of speaking with honesty about your personal needs and at the same time fully respecting the other person.
In this practice group, we want to learn how to do just that – and at the same time how to better listen others. We will do that using the tools provided by Marshall Rosenberg and David Bohm.
The group will be facilitated by Reinald Döbel; who has plenty of experience in nonviolent communication as well as international and intercultural contexts.
"Every criticism, judgment, diagnosis, and expression of anger is the tragic expression of an unmet need". M. Rosenberg
