Die Ausstellung Make Peace with Nature mit Werken der Bonner Künstlerin Corinna Heumann lädt dazu ein, die Schönheit des vermeintlich Alltäglichen neu wahrzunehmen und die Natur nicht nur als Ressource, sondern als schöpferische Kraft und Inspirationsquelle zu begreifen. Die gezeigten Objekte – herzförmige Steine, vom Wasser geschliffene Hölzer, Muscheln, Korallenfragmente, Blätter und Blütenstände – sind nicht gestaltet, sondern gefunden. Sie verdeutlichen, dass die Natur selbst Künstlerin ist. Ihre Werke erinnern uns daran, wie wertvoll und verletzlich unsere Umwelt ist.

Es stellt sich die Frage, ob die künftige künstlerische Arbeit nicht darin besteht, die Natur der Natur zurückzugeben, sie damit zu feiern und zu beschützen. Die Ausstellung im Kunstraum der Marcel Bouziri Sammlung wird ergänzt mit Artivismus Kunst von lokalen Artists for Future im Außenbereich sowie kreativen Impulsen von Künstler:innen unterschiedlicher Herkunft.

The exhibition Make Peace with Nature, featuring works by Bonn-based artist Corinna Heuman, invites visitors to rediscover the beauty of the seemingly mundane and to understand nature not only as a resource, but also as a creative force and source of inspiration.

The objects on display— heart-shaped stones, wood polished by water, shells, coral fragments, leaves, and inflorescences —are not designed, but found. They illustrate that nature itself is an artist. Her creations remind us how valuable and vulnerable our environment is. This raises the question of whether the artistic work of the future will consist of giving nature back to nature, thereby celebrating and protecting it. 

The exhibition in the Marcel Bouziri Collection's art space is complemented by artivism artwork in the outdoor area and creative impulses from artists of various backgrounds.
